When Vasu was only nine months old, he was diagnosed with septicemia, resulting in the amputation of one of his legs. Since then, Vasu has not looked back; with the help of his parents, brother, and friends, Vasu has built up the confidence needed to face new challenges with grace, courage, strength, humor, and unwavering determination.
Ravi began mono-skiing with Oregon Adaptive Sports at Hoodoo Ski Area in January 2009. Ravi lost both of his legs above the knee in December 2004 and miraculously survived. He never looked back.

In March 2001 I had a snowboard accident and broke my back. Now I'm paralysed from the waist down. Before this time I've always been in-line skating, snowboarding, skateboarding, and wakeboarding. Because my passion to do these sports is so big I started looking for a way to do my sports in an alternative way.
