Description: CADS - ALBERTA is the provincial chapter (or Division) of The Canadian Association for Disabled Skiing (CADS). A volunteer based organization having as it's main objective, assisting individuals with a disability to lead richer and fuller lives through active participation in recreational and competitive snow skiing and snowboarding.

CADS Edmonton offers programs in downhill skiing and snowboarding. Our programs are aimed at instructing individuals in our comunity with disabilities in the various adapted skiing techniques. Our volunteer instructors are trained in adaptive ski instruction as developed by the CADS national certifying body.

The Lethbridge Zone has program has been running for 15 seasons at Castle Mountain (Alberta). Volunteers of this program have experience with most disabilities.
