Skiing with a physical disability can be practiced in different ways. Namely using a monoski or bi-ski (bi-unique). Do you have a spinal cord injury, an amputated leg, poor leg function, or other physical disability that prevents you to ski standing? With the aid of the adapted snow, in conjunction with the instruction of the formula SWG, anyone can learn to ski.
Each participant has a private instructor to learn skiing on his or her own pace. What you need is a good perseverance and enthusiasm. Once you learned the basics of skiing you can enjoy the fantastic slopes, with regular loose snow to fly around your ears and you can make nice trips with the other skiers. Always under the watchful eye of instructors. Who thinks that skiing is cold, this is a wrong notion.
